A WHITE JADE GARMENT HOOK
19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The belt hook is carved as a dragon with six rows of incised archaistic scrolls terminating in tiny bosses in imitation of comma spirals, with the dragon's head at one end and a bifurcated tail at the other, and the oval button on the reverse is incised with C-scrolls. The stone is of even white tone.
