A JUN BLUE-GLAZED DISH
NORTHERN SONG-JIN DYNASTY, 12TH-13TH CENTURY
The dish is well potted with shallow, rounded sides rising, and is covered overall with a sky-blue glaze thinning to mushroom at the rim, and falling irregularly onto the foot. The base is similarly glazed.
