probably Samson, emblematic of taste, after a Meissen original, stainding, picking fruit from a bowl, wearing classical robes painted with indianische Blumen, beside her a scrolling plinth, at her feet a seated monkey, above a square section base, painted blue mark -- 27.5cm. high, circa 1900 (minor damages and restoration)
