A pair of gilt-metal mounted Sèvres-style 'jewelled' portrait vases
urn-shaped, painted with half-length portraits of Henri IV and Queen, wearing formal dress before drapes, within 'jewelled' roundels, each reverse with panels of winged putti at various persuits, on a blue ground gilt with fleur-de-lys, the necks gilt with trophies and scrolling foliage above husk swags, with metal mounted key handles, the gilt metal stems and feet with leaf and acorn ornament above square section bases -- 27cm. high, late 19th century (covers lacking, minor damages and wear) (2)
