A Sèvres gilt metal mounted cup and cover
converted to a goblet, painted by Jean-Louis Morin with aharbour scenes of figures among barrels within gilt panels, the blue ground gilt with a oeil-de-perdrix pattern below an interlaced meandering leaf and zig-zag pattern, the cover (converted tp a foot) with similar ornament, the gilt-metal handles formed as dragons with 'jewelled' eyes, the bloodstone stem entwined with a serpent, on four dolphin feet -- 20.5cm. high overall, the porcelain circa 1775, the mounts 19th century (damages and wear)
