Compare to a similar example of Western Zhou jade arc-shaped pendant, with hair carved in openwork protruding from either end which is in the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and illustrated by Jessica Rawson, Chinese Jades-from the Neolithic to the Qing, London, 1995, p. 47.
