A BRONZE TRIPOD CENSER
17TH CENTURY
The shallow circular censer is raised on three feet decorated with beast masks. The sides are cast with twin chilong handles grasping the rim. The base has an apocryphal Xuande mark.
9 5/8 in. (24.5 cm.) wide across handles
