Second Venice edition of a history of Alexander the Great. First published in 1471, the text stems from a single source composed of ten books, from which the first two books and parts of five, six and ten were lost. Chancery folio (296 x 204mm). 68 leaves, woodcut device on last leaf, initials (sheet a1.6 mounted on stubs, minor stains and wormholes, a few leaves faintly browned). Modern vellum. Provenance: a few later marginal annotations.
