Le plateau supérieur est formé par une plaque en porcelaine de la famille rose insérée dans un cadre rectangulaire. Elle est ornée de deux phénix perchés sur des rochers dans un jardin arboré et rocailleux. Elle repose sur quatre pieds légèrement recourbés terminés par des sabots et réunis par des barres d'entretoise.
