etching, circa 1541-45, on laid paper, without watermark, a good but slightly later impression of this scarce print, Zerner's first state (of two), with many wiping marks, trimmed inside the platemark, a repaired paper loss at the right sheet edge, extensively made-up in pen and ink, other minor repairs, some pale staining
