A Cartier, 18ct gold and gem-set novelty brooch, modelled as an airliner, with ruby four-stone cockpit windows, diamond line passenger port-holes, and cabochon sapphire and ruby wing-tip detail, the reverse signed Cartier, London, no.5033, with worn London hallmarks probably 1961.
