The Leonardo Da Vinci Cut ® was inspired by the famous late 15th century treatise De Divina Proportione by Luca Pacioli, illustrated with sixty drawings by Leonardo da Vinci. The great Master defines mathematically divine proportion also known as the Golden Ratio and discusses its application to art, architecture, letter design and the perception of human beauty.
