A Meissen (Marcolini) group of children
the conductor standing on a high rocky mound above four children, one singing, another playing a flute, one a tambourine and a girl playing a mandolin, at her feet a seated hound, enriched in colours and gilt, supported by a white and gilt scroll moulded base, blue crossed swords and star mark -- 19cm. high, late 18th/19th century (minor damages and firing faults)
