A unique silver "Freedom of the City of Bremen" scroll container presented to Captain James Fitzmaurice, Captain Kohl and Baron von Hunefeld, who were the first East-West Transatlantic Aviators, decorated with enamelled badges representing Ireland, Germany and America at the top, the base enamelled with similar badges representing Ireland and the City of Bremen, inset with malachite studs, with press-on top, the base stamped with makers name, 'Ubrich Schonauer', and mark for 800 standard silver -- 14¾in.
