拍品专文

Le modèle fut commandé par le maréchal-duc de La Feuillade en 1769 pour son château près de Paris. Présentée et offerte au Roi en 1683 la sculpture fut placée dans l'Orangerie de Versailles à cette date. Décapitée pendant la Révolution, Lorta sculpta une nouvelle tête en 1816.
