BOOM! – Apollo Translunar / Transearth Trajectory Plotting Chart (ATT), Apollo Mission 13. Aeronautical Chart and Information Center, USAF for NASA, 16 March 1970.

Flight profile chart with the point of the Apollo 13 explosion marked, INSCRIBED and SIGNED by two astronauts involved.

SIGNED by Apollo 13 Commander James LOVELL. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Fred HAISE: "Our 'problem' occurred 200,000 miles from earth! 13 April 1970, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP" and "Boom! Okay, standby 13 we're looking at it ... Jack Lousma, Apollo 13 CAPCOM."

The chart is a superb visual representation of how far the Apollo 13 crew was from Earth when the explosion occurred. It marks the locations of all major Apollo 13 events including Earth launch, lunar and Earth coast phases, lunar orbit insertion, the intended Moon landing that got halted by the explosion, lunar liftoff, transearth injection, and return to the Earth.

Chart, 20 by 24 inches. First edition.
