(Probably) Philip Meadows (d. 1786), and by inheritance to,
Meadows Taylor (1755-1842), and by descent in the family to,
Commander P. H. B. Taylor (d. 1989), The Manor House, Diss, Norfolk; Thomas William Gaze & Son, on the premises, 20 June 1990, lot 429, as 'Dutch School, late 17th century', where acquired by the late owner, and by descent.
