The single-edged blade with 'prophet's ladder' motif, the ricasso with two-toned gold overlaid scrolling floral decoration, the carved rock-crystal ram's head hilt with inlaid hard stones and gold eyes and collar, light areas of surface encrustation around the rear of the ram's head
