A pair of Chinese censers and covers
modelled as geese, each with its head turned to one side and with open mouth and raised leg, standing on rockwork bases above ruyi fungus and breaking waves, the details well defined -- 16¾.in (42.5cm), Hongwu six-character marks to the necks, early 18th Century, (each with one leg cracked, one beak bent, old wear).
