with everted foliate rim, Buddhistic lion handles and moulded guei dragons to the shoulder, painted and gilt with shaped panels of birds and butterflies among peonies, finger citrus, prunus and chrysanthemums, all on a yellow ground reserved with stylised lotus flowers and further chrysanthemums -- 25½in. (65cm.) high.
