SIGNED CHEN MINGYUAN, POSSIBLY REPUBLIC PERIOD
The cup is modelled as a peach, supported on a lotus root, a red date, a water caltrop fruit, a gingko nut, and a peach stone. The base is carved with a four-character inscription reading shang lin jia lu (elegant companions of Shang lin), followed by a square seal reading Chen Mingyuan.
