A YIXING RATTAN BASKET-FORM WATER POT
SIGNED CHEN MINGYUAN, POSSIBLY REPUBLIC PERIOD
Modelled in the form of a rattan basket with a short cylindrical neck reinforced by two strips of split bamboo, the interior of the rim is impressed with a square artist's seal reading Chen Mingyuan.
3 5/16 in. (8.4 cm.) high
