the circular case with flowerhead mounts and crossed flambeau torch cresting, with wreath suspension ring, the bezel mounted with paste gems (two lacking), the white enamel Arabic dial with painted floral swags, gilt-metal hands, the single barrel movement with later lever escapement, French, 19th century -- 4¼in. (10.5cm.) diameter; and a gilt-metal wall timepiece, the dial mounted within a leafy frame -- 12½in. (32cm.) high
