Lot Essay

The present timepiece is a remarkable example of the reference 1513, distinguished by the highly attractive pink-coloured dial signed by the Italian retailer Hausmann & Co, beautifully harmonizing with the pink gold case. To the best of our knowledge, the present specimen has never been offered in public before.

Reference 1513 was launched in 1941 and was available in two versions, with subsidiary seconds, such as the present watch, and with sweep centre seconds.
