Two Sèvres style 'jewelled' green ground plates
painted with a kneeling gentleman kissing the hand of a lady, the other with figures of a young man and woman seated with a birdcage by a stream, the borders each reserved with three panels, one painted with bouquets, the other with devices within white beaded bands, the borders 'jewlled' with flowerhead and husk ornament among gilt scrolls within shaped gilt dentil rims, imitation Sèvres marks -- 24.5cm. diam., 19th century (some jewels lacking, some slight wear to gilt)
