RARE VASE OCTOGONAL EN PORCELAINE QINGBAI, MEIPING
CHINE, DYNASTIE SONG DU SUD-DYNASTIE YUAN (1127-1368)
Le vase à l'épaulement renflé est élégamment formé de huit facettes se terminant en un pied effilé sous un col cylindrique évasé. Chaque facette est ornée d'un décor moulé de grands panneaux abritant lotus et pivoines en alternance avec des panneaux abritant des oiseaux parmi les branches fleuries, sous des panneaux plus petits ornés de fleurs, tous séparés par des nervures verticales. Il est entièrement recouvert d'une pâle glaçure bleu-vert.
