A FINE LANGYAO RED-GLAZED VASE, GUANYIN ZUN
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The vase is of elongated baluster form rising from a spreading foot to a short waisted neck and slightly flared mouth, covered on the exterior with a crackled glaze of strawberry-red thinning gently to a paler tone at the rim, the interior and base with a crackled cream glaze.
