Tasting note: Old golden colour, bright. Fine expressive nose of well cask aged Madeira. Vintage furniture wax, straw, intense high toned nose and fresh bread. Soft mellow start of dried peaches over dry clean taste, medium length, high acidity in good concentration. Bone dry. Good Sercial in a direct drier style. Typical bitter tone with lavender and fennel. Last tasted June 2016. EV
