Tasting note: First tasted March 2018. Expressive strong nose of red cherries with a touch of alcohol followed by fine vanilla aromas. A great expression. Silky smooth mouth feel, nicely flowing out and leaving a concentrated sweet fruit sensation with fresh acidity to follow before the amazing after taste. Strong concentrated wine of sheer balance. Silky tannins are well integrated in the rich fruit. Great wine! Early 2020: Deep red fruits, high toned with a remarkable blackberry sweetness. Intriguing aromas. Fresh focused taste with a jammy character evolving to an impressive lacelike sensitivity. On the finish the rich fruits just explode followed by a nice fine tannic structure. A beauty of high quality. Last tasted January 2020. EV.
