THREE MOTTLED OPAQUE BUFF JADE BRACELETS
NEOLITHIC PERIOD, LIANGZHU CULTURE, 3RD MILLENNIUM BC
One bracelet is of cylindrical shape, the mottled olive-green stone with patches of opaque ivory-colored alteration; the second is a thick bracelet with slicing marks on the inner sides, the olive-green stone now opaque and with extensive greyish-green alteration; the third is a rare oval bracelet with slightly rounded sides that taper from the inner edge to the outer edge, the stone now opaque and of ivory-color.
The largest, 3 5/8 in. (9.8 cm.) diam.
