An almost identical example dated 1843, is in the Glencairn Museum, Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania,  (Oriental Rugs from Atlantic Collections, 8th ICOC, Philadelphia in 1996, p.92, pl.92, exhib. ‘Highstyle to Homestyle’ at the Woodmere Art Museum in Philadelphia).
