Chancery folio (265 x 185mm). 385 leaves (of 386, without final blank). Red initials and capital strokes (some dampstaining and toning, small repair to blank area, some stains and abrasions, final gathering with several leaves repaired at gutter). Modern brown morocco, edges red, vellum manuscript leaf reused as rear flyleaf. Provenance: marginalia and old erased inscription on first leaf – acquired from H.P. Kraus, New York, 13 April 1955.
