百达翡丽在1963年推出型号3504，惟生产时期十分短暂。与极富代表性的型号3445有着相似的表耳，二者之差别在于3504所搭载的手动上弦27 SC机芯。根据研究，此表款仅生产了约50枚，使其成为该时期最稀有的腕表之一。
