Le corps est à décor secret incisé de deux dragons à la poursuite de la perle enflammée parmi les nuages en volutes. L'épaulement est souligné de rinceaux dans des cartouches en forme de têtes de ruyi au-dessous de la marque incisée autour du col et le pied est orné d'une large bande de pétales stylisés sous une bande de fleurettes.

Lot Essay

Bierens de Haan was a respected Dutch surgeon and collector who also built an important assemblage of European prints which he later donated to the Museum Boymans van Beuningen in Rotterdam and which now forms a substantial part of their collection.
