CHINE, CIRCA XVIIEME SIECLE

It is unusual to find barrel seats in cloisonne enamel but a cloisonne enamel seat decorated with dragons from the 17th century is illustrated in Chinesisches Cloisonne Die Samlung Pierre Uldry, Helmut Brinker and Albert Lutz, Zurich, 1985, no. 179.
