THE VASES EDO PERIOD (LATE 17TH CENTURY), THE MOUNTS 19TH CENTURY, LATER ADAPTED AS LAMPS
Each vase decorated in typical coloured enamels and gilt with eagles flying through branches, the necks and lower bodies with stylised lappets containing flowers and scrolling foliage overlaid by stylised roundels of hares, karashishi and dragons; each with electrical fitment and pleated silk shade
Each 18 in. (46 cm.) high, excluding fitments
