With one swing of the bat Pete Rose swatted his 4,192nd career base hit off of San Diego Padres pitcher Eric Show to eclipse Ty Cobb's hallowed mark. Offered are the original lineup cards from each team that participated in the milestone event. Cincinnati Reds card is filled out and signed in blue ink by player/manager Pete Rose. Padres card is the carbon example executed by manager Dick Williams including hand written player changes on front and game changes on the back in blue ink.
