The demand for Babe Ruth signed trading cards has witnessed exponential growth with a relatively small total population of specimens being closely guarded by their lucky hobbyist owners. One of the more desirable of those cardboard mediums were the Exhibit Co. postcard series of the 1920-30s era. Offered is a 1928 variant displaying the trademark blue tinted color having been signed across the front by Ruth in black fountain pen. The signature presents very nicely in contrast with Ruth's white pinstriped home uniform, rating 6 to 6/7 out of 10. The postcard itself shows some light edge/corner wear with minor soiling on the back which is postally unused. One of only a very small number of surviving signed examples from this popular 1920s issue. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA and includes full LOA from JSA: Postcard: EX, Signature; EX/MT-NM
