rectangular, silvered and gilt with stylised foliage scrolls, recessed for pens to the front and a circular recess flanked by two apertures containing fluted inkwells with gilt metal mounts and covers with pineapple finials, supported by four scroll feet -- 30cm. wide, late 19th century (wear to gilt)
