A FINE LARGE JUN PURPLE-SPLASHED BOWL
JIN-YUAN DYNASTY (1115-1368)
The deep bowl is covered with a pale blue glaze applied with purplish-red splashes suffused with copper green spots. The thick glaze on the exterior stops short of the finely cut foot to expose the biscuit body.
