A RARE SMALL LONGQUAN CELADON JAR AND COVER
SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)
The high shouldered jar is potted with a convex base encircled by an unglazed foot. The lotus leaf-form cover with an undulating rim. Both the jar and cover are covered overall in an attractive glaze of rich blue-green tone.
