[PRINTED EPHEMERA] A large folio album containing printed and chromolithographed invitations for private views and dinners, one dated July 22nd 1891 to: "Commemorate the 50th Year of the business of Thos. Cook & Son," also including engraved and chromolithographed trade cards, items commemorating various State Visits, the deaths of Lord Tennyson (1892) and Henry Irving (1905), the centenary of Lord Nelson's death (1905), and the assassination of Marie Francois Sadi Carnot (1837-1894) with tie and lapel pins depicting this last event, and in addition pamphlets, letters, theatre, opera and music programmes, ca. 1880-1911 (boards detached, spine worn).
