COCHE-DURY
Arguably the most internationally sought after of all white Burgundy domaines, Domaine Coche-Dury was run by Jean-François Coche-Dury until 2010 when he officially retired. The meticulous practices employed and small yields produced by Coche-Dury have rendered Jean-François to be described by Robert Parker as ‘one of the greatest winemakers on planet earth’. The domaine is now run by Jean-François’ son Raphael, who has been working alongside his father since 2003, denoting a general continuity of style in the Coche-Dury winemaking traditions.
