LEROY
Owned by Lalou Bize-Leroy, the Leroy Empire consists of three entities: Maison Leroy, Domaine d’Auvenay and Domaine Leroy. Domaine Leroy comprises 23 hectares of vineyards that have adhered to the principles of biodynamic viticulture since 1989 . These biodynamic practices, coupled with severe pruning and crop-thinning result in extremely low but highly sought after yields of 16 hl/ha, rendering Domaine Leroy to be regarded as one of the finest producers in Burgundy.
