Made in a very small edition of only 20 pieces in 2012, the reference 5077P-069 platinum Calatrava wristwatch with cloisonné enamel and black Tahitian mother-of-pearl peacock dial is one of the superb creations of Patek Philippe’s rare handicrafts division.
