La tête polylobée est décorée en relief d'une pierre sonore surmontée d'un caractère shou et maintenant par un anneau une branche feuillagée portant des pêches de longévité au sein d'une bordure en relief. Le jade est d'une jolie teinte blanche uniforme avec quelques inclusions et altérations.
