Ivoire sculpté partiellement doré, le feuillet gauche représentant une double Crucifixion sous des arcatures, à gauche entourée de la Vierge et de saint Jean, à droite la Déposition, le feuillet de droite également bipartite avec à gauche les saintes femmes au tombeau accueillies par un ange et à droite le Christ portant la croix apparaissant à Marie Madeleine ; restaurations aux charnières
