stamped 'A. Rodin' (lower left, below the neck of the figure); inscribed with the foundry mark 'ALEXIS RUDIER Fondeur-PARIS' (on the back of the bust); stamped 'A. Rodin' (on the inside)
bronze with brown patina
height: 10 1⁄8 in. (25.6 cm)
Conceived in 1892, and cast in bronze by Alexis Rudier circa 1918-1927
