CANARD FORMANT BRÛLE-PARFUM COUVERT EN BRONZE
CHINE, DYNASTIE MING (1368-1644)
Il est représenté debout sur une base lotiforme, se tenant sur sa patte droite et sa patte gauche repliée contre son corps. Sa gueule ouverte est légèrement tournée vers la gauche et ses ailes sont ramenées contre son flanc. Son plumage est très finement rendu par le moulage et le travail d'incision.
