Sylvia Plath’s copy of the limited signed first American edition, one of 500 copies printed. Signed “Sylvia Plath” on the front free endpaper. Sylvia Plath’s signature varied quite a bit over the years, the present version suggests she may have acquired this book while in her high school years.
‌Octavo (205 x 140mm). Illustrations by E.H. Shepard throughout (a few leaves clumsily opened or with a smudge). Original cloth-backed color pictorial boards, pictorial endpapers (light rubbing to spine ends, corners just showing, a little toning to upper pastedown).
